- Full Payment Amounts to Confirmation
Upon acceptance of the booking, the booking must be paid for in full immediately. Once a booking has been paid in full it is deemed confirmed, after which tickets and packages cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. These charges may not appear on your credit card statement for up to 21 days.

- Confirmation e-mail
Booking confirmations will be sent by e-mail and will include the show times, ticket specifics and other details of your order. This e-mail will be sent within 60 minutes of payment being received. You must notify ShowbizNZ immediately if there have been any mistakes with your booking, or if you do not receive the confirmation e-mail after an hour.

- No Reselling
This ticket and/or package must not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods an services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.

- To Be Allocated (TBA) Seating
Tickets will be marked as “TBA” (To Be Allocated Seating) where specific seating arrangements for the event have not yet been confirmed.
ShowbizNZ guarantees that if you purchase these seats online, you will receive seats for whichever seat category you choose to purchase. For example, if you purchase Gold seating, we guarantee you will be seated in the Gold section.
Specific seat locations will be finalised closer to the event and will be confirmed on your ticket(s).

- Specific seating locations
Although we can guarantee ticket categories, ShowbizNZ cannot guarantee specific seating locations, as seating allocations are at the discretion of the event promoter. Therefore ShowbizNZ cannot accept liability if you feel that the venue designation or allocation was below your expectation. Travel agents have no authority to make representations as to the quality or location of seating.

- General Admission (GA)
General Admission (GA) tickets are for free standing or seating space within a specified zone only, there is no allocation of any particular seat given.

- Tickets Collection & Dispatch
When your booking is confirmed at least 31 days before the performance date, your tickets will be posted to you within 31 days of purchase. Circumstances may arise that prevent us from posting the tickets to you. You will be notified if this is the case and they will be made available for collection at the event venue box office from 2 hours prior to the performance. If your booking is confirmed within 30 days of the performance, tickets will be made available for collection at the event venue box office from 2 hours prior to the performance.
For all Hotel, Restaurant and Attraction bookings, the email booking confirmation is the voucher. Customers can present the email confirmation at the reservation desk at the venue 15 minutes prior to booking time. For verification purposes, please also have the credit card used in the transaction and photo identification for all collections.
Ticket collection procedures will apply to all bookings made by customers who reside outside of New Zealand or for purchase of general admission show tickets.

- Refunds for event cancellation
If an event is cancelled or postponed before it begins we will provide a refund to you. The amount of your refund will depend on the change and cancellation policies of the supplier(s) of the ticket or package components that you bought. Often, costs incurred to make hopitality and travel bookings are non-refundable, or suppliers will charge a fee to alter a booking. Booking transaction fees or payment processing charges are non-refundable.
If an event is cancelled or postponed after it has commenced, you will not have the right to exchange or receive a refund on tickets or packaged elements (such as hotel, hopitality and transfers).

ShowbizNZ ticketing services strictly abide by the "Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Entertainment in Australia" defined by the industry regulatory association, Live Performance Australia. ShowbizNZ is a participating and active member of Live Performance Australia and is committed to the development of the Australian live performance industry.

- ShowbizNZ Pricing Policy
All stated and package prices are inclusive of GST. ShowbizNZ's advertised ticket and package prices include the base supply cost of the products and all fees charged to and by ShowbizNZ to supply those tickets and packages. All prices are subject to change upon any changes in applicable taxes.
Any amount above the face value printed on tickets reflects costs such as fees charged for securing premium or VIP seating and pre-sale access. These amounts vary from time to time based on market factors relating to the particular event and date(s) on offer. ShowbizNZ does its best at all times to supply our customers with quality seating allocations at a fair price.

- Packages Product Information
The packages we negotiate with third parties such as hotels and restaurants are based on current hotel guides and contractual agreements provided by those suppliers. ShowbizNZ has made all attempts to ensure the accuracy of this information, but alterations and amendments can occur at any time for which ShowbizNZ can not take responsibility. The standards of accommodation and other services are based on various factors, which are generally accepted as indicative of a certain class; however ShowbizNZ does not represent or guarantee the standard, class or fitness for purpose of that accommodation or service.

- Hotel and Restaurant Cancellation
Hotel and Restaurant cancellation fees will apply and are determined on a case by case basis, subject to agreements between ShowbizNZ and the third party.

- Hotel Check in/out
Hotel check-in and check-out details are determined by each particular hotel and may change at their discretion. You should check with your chosen hotel to avoid inconvenience.

- Travel Insurance
ShowbizNZ does not offer travel insurance, although we do strongly recommend it. We cannot make such arrangements for you, should your package include travel and/or accommodation.

- Lost Tickets
If your allocated seating tickets are lost or stolen you must produce proof of their original purchase before we will issue a Lost Ticket Voucher. Replacement of lost tickets is subject to the venue and/or ticket agent’s terms and conditions. ShowbizNZ may charge an administration fee if a lost ticket voucher needs to be issued. ShowbizNZ reserves the right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission).

- Gift Recipients and Booking Access
Normally your purchases will only be provided to you, the purcahser. You may assign your purchase to another person, but you must tell us the name of the intended recipient as parrt of the order process or using the contact details in your confirmation email. If you do not do this, privacy laws and our privacy policy means that we cannot discuss your purchase with that person and the products or services may not be provided to them. By naming a recipient you give us permission to discuss the details of the booking with that person.

- Uncontrollable events
Certain things lie outside ShowbizNZ’s control and many things are unavoidable or not reasonably predictable. Except as required by law, ShowbizNZ is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, damage, additional expense, injury, delay or any other claim in relation to:
- Changes to event information, programme, performers or performance dates, including the cancellation or rescheduling of events;
- actions or omissions on the part of independent contractors or others outside of ShowbizNZ’s control, who supply products and services in connection with tickets and ticket packages;
- unknown or unforeseen defects in any venue, vehicle, device or material used in connection with products sold by ShowbizNZ;
- events which are unforeseeable or not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, acts of terrorism, accident, failure of machinery, labour disturbances and acts or omissions of telecommunications operators beyond our reasonable control.

- Unenforceability
These terms are not intended to limit your mandatory legal rights and should be read as such. If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable or in conflict with the laws of New Zealand, it will be disregarded to the extent of its invalidity and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

- Law & Construction
The contract of these terms of use and terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by the law of New Zealand and ShowbizNZ and the client hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction the law of New Zealand Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these Terms of Use. All prices are subject to change should Governments introduce a tax or increase an existing tax of any kind on our products.
